Pricing and Packages To make life easier for everyone, and to make Pitstop Hill even better value for money, we have developed booking packages since 2009. We stay open longer than other operators in the area, especially for those that are looking to capitalise on the particularly uncrowded waves of the low season. Most common package lengths at Pitstop Hill are for 11 nights, and as such there are generally 25 package dates to choose from each year. Pitstop Hill has been completely booked out for the last 2 years, mainly by returning guests, and friends of people who have stayed with us before. Word of mouth is by far our main means of advertising, and we'd like to thank those who have returned home and recommended a surf trip to Pitstop Hill to their friends. We believe that the reason that so many people have returned to stay with us year after year is because of not only the waves, the beautiful area and the beautiful resort, but largely because of the high quality of personalised service, the small number of guests that we will take, and our very competitive prices that represent the best value for money in the Mentawai Islands. Prices can change, whether it is courtesy of a small annual nightly rate increase that represents increasing costs as we strive to provide an even better service, or may decrease as we fill the last remaining vacancies of each season.
